"Moving Molen & Associates out of their home and into an office space allowed other "associates" to
be added and trained in their business. The high standards of excellence set in those early years of assisting
their friends became the hallmark of that training. As their business continued to expand, limited space again became a problem.
In 2006 a purchase of 3 acres of land at the corner of Champion Forest and W. Richey was made.
In 2007 Molen & Associates applied for an SBA 504 loan to build a permanent business home and,
with the help of HGAC, obtained approval for over $1 million.
In February 2008 the business moved in to their new beautiful building at 11555 Champion Forest Drive
and began filling their new business "home" with their many faithful clients of over 20 years with plenty of room to
expand services and to grow their client base.
Now with deep roots in place, we continue to go the extra mile for both tax and wealth management clients.
Just as we helped our first clients back in the 1980's, we continue to offer tailored services and treat our
clients like family. Our passion is to "Build Relationships that Last Generations!"
